Orange Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2016 by a team that grew up in Orange County and knows these neighborhoods well. The goal from day one was simple: build sunrooms and patios that actually work in this climate, get permitted properly, and hold up for decades.
Orange is a city with a lot of character - from the pre-1940 Craftsman homes near The Circle in Old Towne to the mid-century ranch houses on the west side and the newer hillside properties near the eastern edge of town. Every house is a little different, and the work reflects that. Some projects are straightforward additions on a clean concrete slab. Others require more careful planning, especially on older homes where the foundation or framing needs attention before a new room can attach safely.
We handle the permit process with the City of Orange Building Division on every project, and we check HOA rules before finalizing any design. The reason is simple: a sunroom that is not permitted is a liability when you sell, and a design that gets rejected by your HOA board costs everyone time and money.
Since 2016, we have completed sunroom and patio projects across Orange and the surrounding cities, including Anaheim, Tustin, Villa Park, Irvine, and more. Return home or contact us to talk through your project.
Skipping permits puts your home sale and insurance at risk. Every project we build goes through the City of Orange Building Division - no shortcuts.
Vague estimates frustrate homeowners. Before work starts, you get a written schedule showing permit review time, construction phases, and final inspection.
Older Orange homes sometimes need foundation or framing upgrades before a sunroom can attach safely. We catch that in the estimate, not mid-project.
A sunroom that turns into an oven by 10 a.m. is money wasted. Every room we design accounts for Southern California heat load and solar gain.
California-licensed sunroom contractor, verified through the California Contractors State License Board.
General liability and workers compensation insurance on every project, protecting you and your property.
