These terms apply to your use of our website and to any service agreement you enter into with Orange Sunrooms & Patios. We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Orange Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom and patio construction services, including but not limited to sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, patio cover installation, and related design and remodeling work. Services are provided in Orange, CA and surrounding communities. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in the written service agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates provided by Orange Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit and represent our best assessment of the cost to complete the described scope of work. Estimates are not final prices.
A binding price is provided only in a written, signed service agreement. Changes to the scope of work requested by the client after signing may result in additional charges. We will notify you of any change in cost before proceeding with additional work.
Permit fees, engineering fees, and HOA application fees are estimates based on current schedules and are subject to change by the issuing authority. Any increase in these fees is passed through to the client at cost.
Project start dates and timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to permit processing times, material availability, weather, or conditions discovered during construction. We will communicate any significant delay to you promptly.
If you wish to cancel a signed service agreement, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund policy, are specified in your individual service agreement. In general, costs incurred before cancellation - including permit fees already paid and materials already ordered - are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are set out in your signed service agreement. In general, we require a deposit before work begins, progress payments at defined milestones, and a final payment upon completion of the project and passing of any required city inspections.
Balances not paid within the time specified in the service agreement may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project where payment is overdue.
Where required, Orange Sunrooms & Patios will apply for building permits with the applicable city or county authority on your behalf as part of the contracted scope of work. Permit approval is subject to the applicable authority and is not guaranteed within any specific timeframe. You are responsible for notifying us of any HOA restrictions, easements, or deed restrictions that may affect the project before work begins.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty is specified in your signed service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials, windows, glass panels, and other products are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
The website at orangesunroomcontractor.com is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Sunrooms & Patios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a service agreement will not exceed the total amount you paid us under that agreement.
If a dispute arises between you and Orange Sunrooms & Patios in connection with our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us in writing at hi@orangesunroomcontractor.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms and any service agreement between you and Orange Sunrooms & Patios are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version to this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
